either whack Rybio's in glastheim underprison dungeon 1 for Izador Flowers (30 for each fragment)
or 50 florescent liquids per fragment

wait what :O You can get them from doing quests killing rybios :O? Wheres the npc for turning in the Izador Flowers?

The NPC for turning in the flowers is located in Alberta. Go south from warp, past the players shop area, go west and in front of a building you'll see an NPC that sells and buys flowers. When you tell him you have flowers to sell (or what are you buying to the NPC), 30 Izador flowers will get you 1 Valkyrie Fragment.

ok so I've been working on hunting flowers today. Almost there but the rates went back to normal and hunting flowers now sucks.

What are the other ways to get fragments aside form MVPing? The guide talks about other quests. I found out what the chimera hunter quest is. Anyone know what the scientist quest and grandmother quest are?

The grandmother quest is in Payon, you go past the warper and the characters selling area and on the right hand side middle you will see an Old Lady standing on "porch" talk to her, she will tell you to go to Prontera and look at a grave, which will have a comment bubble come up but will not tell you a date, the date is 1984 you tell that to the Old Lady, she will send you to Nifelheim, go north from where you are warped in and you will see a young girl standing next to a headstone, talk to her, then go back to the Old Lady, talk to her then she will give you a fragment

Chimera quest - Glastheim "entrance" bottom left of screen you will see a woman talk to her, she will tell you her husband and son are in the castle hunting and she has not had word from them
Glastheim: Chimera Hunting Quest
This quest is repeatable, but there seems to be a delay between runs.
Optional Go to Glast Heim (Entrance). In the southwest corner, find a woman named Kate who tells about her husband and son who went Chimera hunting and asks you to check up on them.
Go to Glast Heim Castle 2 (gl_cas02).
Head up the front slope, and look for a paladin named Marcus and a samurai named Fitz.
Fitz will ask for help. Agree, and he'll tell you he needs the drops of 10 Chimera (Lemon, Citrin, Brigan, and Horrendous Hair) as proof.
All of the items are guaranteed drops from Chimera, though everything except Citrin drops off other monsters as well. Chimera are Minibosses and three spawn on the map at various intervals.
Return the items to Fitz, and he'll ask you to tell his wife they're going to be coming out.
Find Kate, and she'll reward you with an eRO Valkyrie Fragment.

yuno: Scientist Quest
This quest is repeatable! This is also probably the easiest and quickest way to farm extra Valkyrie Fragments.
Go to Yuno (@go yuno).
Go to the Monster Museum at 278, 290 (location image).
Inside, find Professor Xyro at the far back of the back room of the museum (keep going through the portals). He'll ask for 40 Fluorescent Liquids and 10 Empty Test Tubes to assist with his genetic research.
Fluorescent Liquids drop from Porcellios at 15%. They spawn at ein_fild09, but if it's overhunted ein_fild10 might be better.
You can buy Empty Test Tubes from any Alchemist NPC.
Take these items back to Professor Xyro, and he'll give you an eRO Valkyrie Fragment.
